Couldnt put the book down!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Skins that I couldn’t put the book down. What a rollercoaster! I felt all the emotions and pain that Amelia was going through, I wanted to cry with her, to shield her from her abusive brother and husband, to offer my home when she was homeless..but Amelia is a force to be reckoned with and she survived and thrived! I’m sure this story will inspire many other women.

I have known Anita Arendsen for the past 18 years.
My family and I have moved to JHB and we met the family at church in Edenvale. Anita and her husband were the most welcoming faces, that smile of Anita’s is very infectious. Our families spent a lot of time together cooking, baking and having awesome family gatherings and for the longest time I knew that Anita wanted to write and create her own destiny.
My husband Deni applied for a job in Dubai and we relocated in Dec 2011, although we were apart we always keep in touch via social media.
Fast forward today and her dreams have become reality.
Her zeal for living life, tenacity and her love for God has been her main focus throughout. Anita is living her best life and it is a pleasure to know her and have had so many good times with her and the family😘🌹💖🙏🏻💞
